Hi Andrew,

I am in Australia and have bought 2 properties through Alex and have found him to be responsive to all my concerns.  I first started investing in US properties through an Australian company and bought one property through them. I have since transferred the Property Management to Alex and Benolyn. They refurbished it and have since leased the property.

The two properties I have purchased though Alex are 4 bed 2 bath properties, both have been leased the entire time i have owned them.

 To answer your questions below

1) How would you describe the integrity of the above-mentioned individuals?
I would say they show good integrity, i haven't dealt with Jeremy, both Benoyln and Alex do what they say they are going to do with little to no prompting from me

2) Are they prompt in responding to your concerns?
Usually same day (overnight) responses to questions

3) Have you personally examined the work they have done on your properties? Or have you bought from afar?
I personally haven't inspected the properties i have bought, Alex usually provides a You tube link so you can see what the property is like, which gives you a better feel that just photos. My parents recently holidayed in the States and Alex and Benoyln took them to the two properties that we had at the time. The feed back from my parents was very positive on their integrity and on the properties.

4) How many properties have you bought through them?We have purchased two with Alex and one through another supplier. I plan to purchase more in the future though Alex

5) Have the properties performed as expected? 
Both properties purchased through Alex have performed well, both have tenants and the rent is paid on-time. The property we purchased through other suppliers was vacant the month following settlement, the tenant went bankrupt. Apparently they were stealing power from the neighbours also. Alex happened past the house and noticed the door open and the property vacant, he immediately contacted me and organised some dead locks on the doors, this was even though they weren't managing the property at the time,  hence they now manager the property and have since completed some renovations and placed a tenant. 

6) Have maintenance of the properties been an issue? (e.g. seemingly excessive repairs? other charges?
No issue thus far on maintenance

7) Are you unhappy, happy or very happy with your experience with Memphis Turnkey Properties thus far
Very happy so far with the response, the quality and prices of the houses that I have purchased through Alex, and we plan on more in the future.
